The Medical Assistant Associate of Applied Science Degree-completion program is designed for students who have already completed a medical assistant diploma/certificate program and are looking to further develop their skills in a variety of areas, such as communication, psychology, sociology, nutrition, and biology. Health Administrative Services – Associate of Applied Science Degree

The total program length of the Health Administrative Services Associate of Applied Science Degree is 75 weeks, excluding holidays. During the Health Administration Associate Degree program, students will be taught administrative duties required of Health Administration professionals. Upon completion of the program, the student should be prepared to seek employment work in such healthcare settings as hospitals, private clinics, small and large multi-physician practices, outpatient care centers, managed care organizations, state and local community, public and home health agencies.
