Since that time, we at Ross have been striving to provide healthcare education to students that is high-quality and convenient. The Health Care Administration Associate of Applied Science degree program prepares students in various aspects of healthcare facility management, human resource management, healthcare operations, business and financial management, and medical law and ethics. Students can select from one of the four concentration areas: Medical Office Management; Human, Social and Health Services; Health Care Operations and Strategic Management; or General Concentration.

The Medical Billing Administrative Specialist Associate of Applied Science degree program engages students in learning activities with the desired results being the development of such practical skills and underpinning knowledge for successful entry‐level performance in the profession as: physician’s offices, multispecialty clinics, surgery centers, hospitals, long-term care facilities and home health care agencies in positions such as: Medical Receptionist, Medical Secretary, Billing Clerk, Billing Specialist, Patient Account Representative, Patient Services Representative, Hospital Admissions Clerk, Medical Records Clerk and Office Manager.
